For their China’s Best Cake event, Anchor were looking for a dessert caterer for their 200 guests. They wanted a chef who could work with Anchor’s own dessert chef to re-create his recipe with Anchor ingredients to serve on the night.

Chef Rabbit and her team including Chef Tang (bottom left) developed their own version of the recipe for Anchor’s chef to sample (top right) and then serve at the event.

The desserts, bitesize double cheesecakes and banana cream cakes, were a great hit, the customer was very satisfied with the outcome.
