BAKERY EXPO – CHEF JASON WITH GREENMOUNT STOCKS





The bakery expo in Shanghai was hustle and bustle with anyone and everyone in the industry browsing the booths over the three-day period. Our very own Chef Co Chef Jason was cooking up a storm in the mini kitchen, preparing taster dishes for guests to try. A constant flow of hungry guests curious to see what Greenmount had to offer were wowed by Chef Jasons live show and by the rich flavour of Greenmount stock. The VIP menu of Lobster Bisque, Mussel Pasta and Steak with Red Wine Jus – was a hit. Our team was there to organise and lend a hand, the Chef Co Chef’s cooked to impress and Greenmount got their brand out there to the China market – a successful expo!
