Some of Chefco’s top names gathered at NZC on the 6th November to take part in a New Zealand food workshop with Josh Emmett. Josh shared his tips and tricks about how to get the best out of NZ ingredients and Chef’s got hands-on with cooking with the products. 4 dishes were prepared: Kono Mussel Escabeche, Cured Mt Cook Salmon, Silver Fern Farms Roast Lamb, Cloudy Bay Diamond Clams.
