Chefco brought Chefco brought Kiwi butcher Blair Cooper to carve a whole NZ lamb to an audience of Chinese chefs. SFF then cooked up their best beef in 3 dishes for guests to try, all washed down with MOA Beer. The event connected exporters and chefs together in a kitchen setting where they could share knowledge and tips on working with the products. It aimed at chefs from mainstream and casual dining channels to introduce and demo NZ Lamb and Beef products to them. Chefs got a take home goodie bag to give to chefs including a cut of lamb and ingredients.
