Chef Chris Zhu and his team catered for Fisher & Payklet event who prepared a menu full of NZ ingredients. On the night, Chris performed a cooking demo for guests to watch. He cooked poached live Greenshell NZ mussels in a NZ white wine sauce in the demo kitchen and served to guests!
