Chef Simone from Hatchery in Beijing hosted a 'Seafood Long Table' Event as part of NZ Week 2018. Guests drank NZ wine paired with NZ seafood dishes, using from brands such as Future Cuisine Mussels, Mt Cook Salmon and Sealord fish in some of Simone's favourite recipes. Hatchery also hosted a NZ wine night in partnership with Wine Republic on one of their 'Thirsty Thursday' nights. The chefs and guests celebrated NZ wine and seafood and became more familiar with it as a result!
