15 Chefs enjoyed some seriously scrumptious eats from Kasey and Karena for NZ Week's Chefco Workshop.

Kasey and Karena shared Maori inspired dishes using their favourite NZ ingredients. Chefs discussed their favourite ways to cook with Lobster, Beef and even peanut butter!

1. Koura (crayfish) Two ways, experimented with texture and flavour

2. Hangi brought a taste of Maori earth to the chefs.

3. Their DIY dessert station featured their Chocolate Terrine with 2 different mousses to add, white choc/peanut butter dark choc/avocado

Products used: Port Nicholson Lobster, Avanza Avocado, Silver Fern Farms beef, Pic’s peanut butter, Whittaker’s chocolate, Zespri kiwis, Manuka health honey and Greenmount foods stock !
