Spring had sprung in Shanghai, what better time to host a Bach event to bring together the NZ F&B community and key channel partners. This Treat Bach was specifically themed around NZ dairy with each brand promoting a different dairy product. The venue was a local friendly brunch spot and the canapé menu featured all of the NZ dairy brands in the form of indulgent treats such as cakes, pastries and creative drinks in an effort to premiumise local favourites using NZ dairy. Exporters used the event to promote and share their brands product with NZ foodies, to meet new target channels and socialise with the NZ F&B community.
