Whittaker's wanted to explore the food service market for their chocolate in fine dining channels. Chefco connected them with Shanghai Pastry Chef Kim Melvin who wanted to use Whittaker's chocolate in her next creation for Commune Social (Jason Atherton's restaurant), as well as local influencer and desert designer for Together.

Result: Banoffee pie with chocolate and caramel brittle and Banoffee ice cream with Whittaker’s Marlborough sea salt and caramel brittle!

The dessert featured on their menu in November and December 2018!
