Hailing from Christchurch, New Zealand, Blake started working in kitchens at the age of 11. From US to Aus and after spending 8 years in Indonesia, he relocated to Shanghai to start a new adventure. He is now partner of OHA group and Exec Chef at 4 restaurants in Shanghai.
Blake has catered for Fisher & Paykel private dining events in Shanghai, highlighting NZ's best ingredients in fusion dishes which satisfied the western and Chinese palate and left guests wanting more.
