Jamie is the head chef at Egg Cafe in Shanghai. She started at Egg in 2019 and has since taken Shanghai by storm, using her creative skills to mastermind countless new recipes for a new menu to wow Egg's customers. Jamie is open to trying new products and promoting NZ products in NZ Week. She has worked with Happy Valley NZ honey, Zespri kiwi, Avanza avocado, Oravida salmon. She also has experience running cooking classes.
