Previously working as a chef at the Longzhimeng hotel, in 2015 Chef Jason founded 'Dream Kitchen studio' to help clients with product development and training, since then he has cooperated with many different chefs and restaurants.
At the same time, he has been working as Head chef at Shanghai Shengtang International Trade Co. Chef Jason worked at our latest Chefco workshop with Silver Fern Farms to cook two NZ beef dishes for guests to try.
