Morgan is skilled at traditional Western cuisine and molecular gastronomy. With 17 years of western cuisine experience, he has been worked as an Executive Chef in well-known five-star hotels, such as Le Royal Meridien Shanghai and Bund18.


Now he has opened his own restaurant and has developed hundreds of dishes reflecting his fine dining experience.


Qin recently participated in a project for Deer Industry New Zealand, creating a beautiful sous-vide venison dish.
