Steven Zeng graduated with a culinary and nutrition degree. He’s been in Chinese culinary management for 20 years. He currently work at the Hangjia Sports and Culture Club. He cares about the neat display and artistic vision in his dishes. His creativity is not limited to tradition. He often fuse classic with modern concepts.
