Tingting is the R&D chef at Croissants de France(可颂坊). Since the beginning of her culinary journey, she has always thought of pastry as a true lifestyle concept. To her, Pastry is not just a luxury or an after-dinner treat — it's about creating everyday happiness; enjoyment that can be felt from the first bite until the very last. Tingting is a Taiwanese native who has worked in New York, London, and Paris for over 7 years. Upon leaving Paris, she worked as a Pastry Chef in Shanghai since 2013, an experience that has given her a solid understanding of this unique market and working environment. In addition to executing creative menus, she can comfortably manage an entire pastry section and oversee a team of both local and international experts.
